· The communication
In this lesson we will do a brief introduction to communication. We will see the elements that intervene in it, the barriers during the communication process, the language and types of communication, etc.

· Oral communication
In this lesson we will see the different oral communication techniques used in the company and the most common communication standards.

· Written communication: official correspondence
In this lesson we will see the general aspects of written communication, as well as official correspondence and its treatment. We will see the characteristics of the official language and the basic administrative documents: the official letter, the instance, the certificate, etc.

· Written communication: commercial correspondence and its treatment
This lesson is about written communication. We will see the elements of business correspondence and the different types of business letters.
Other written communications and organization of correspondence
In this lesson we will see other forms of written communication: internal notes, greetings, press releases, reports, circulars, etc. We will also see the organization of correspondence.

· E-Communication
In this lesson we will see the concept of e-communication and the most relevant aspects of it. Types of networks, forms of network communication. Forums, BBS, IRC, etc.

· Filing and classification of documents
In this lesson we will see the concept of an archive and everything related to its creation, organization, classification, conservation standards, destruction of documents, etc.

· Computer file: file systems
In this selection the archive is studied from a computer point of view. We will see file formats and systems, protocols, etc.

· Computer archive: Storage systems and new technologies
This lesson we will see the most important computer file storage systems, as well as new technologies applied in this field: handwriting and voice recognition.
