In this program, participants will have the opportunity to focus on themselves – their management behaviors and potential areas of development: emotional intelligence competencies, interpersonal communication skills, motivation and self-motivation factors, team management. stress and personal energy to feel good, the factors that condition creativity and decision-making skills.
In summary, the program encourages increased self-awareness of management behaviors, identifying areas of development they wish to address and tools to achieve new achievements in their professional endeavors.

The Self-Management Skills Development course aims for the participant to learn to:
