Mainfor, in collaboration with the Rey Juan Carlos University and more than 40 companies from Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Costa Rica, Honduras, Mexico, Peru and the Dominican Republic, has developed an ambitious international training program in the biomass sector focused in the practical training and employability of young graduates.

With this course, students will be trained, among other functions, to: · Manage a biomass project from the evaluation of the resource to the economic-financial feasibility analysis. · Carry out work related to the estimation of biomass production in a certain geographical environment, as well as carry out its physical, chemical and energetic characterization. · Propose different recovery alternatives depending on the resource and the energy demands of the final consumer, be it an industry, a building or a facility, determining the most appropriate type of installation taking into account the client's needs. · Carry out economic viability analysis of projects. · Analyze the income or potential savings of a biomass installation from the sale of electrical energy to the grid or for self-consumption. · Carry out research for the production of second generation biofuels through chemical processes such as fermentation.

The training program, eminently practical, develops a teamwork methodology, making available to participants all the techniques for the use and management of biomass, so that they can implement it in real work situations.
