– Know some of the methods used to identify where team members are in the transition period and how you can support them during the change.

Likewise, in this course the following aspects will be analyzed:
– The forces that could be acting in an organization to produce change, as well as the consequences that arise as a result of implementing a change program.
– The importance of communication in this crucial stage of a change program.
– Deming's PDSA cycle and its four phases in detail and how they can be applied in a work environment will be discussed.

Finally, some of the tools most used in organizations to plan change will be presented and the consequences derived from different types of change during the planning phase will be examined. Likewise, how to contribute to the successful implementation of a change program will be described and structured methods for solving problems that arise in the processes will be examined.
