Mainjobs, winner of the RTVE project that will train 30,000 professionals in the audiovisual and multimedia sector

RTVE Institute entrusts Mainjobs with the HAZ Project, designed to prepare professionals in the audiovisual world to face the current challenges of their sector

In the first three months of Beam Project, Mainjobs has managed to train, as the company awarded the entire RTVE contract, more than 6,000 professionals from the audiovisual world, allowing them to acquire new technical skills that directly impact their competitiveness within the sector and their employability.

To deliver and tutor the training, Mainjobs has created a large team of professionals with successful careers in the field of communication with a lot to teach. Among others, it stands out the deputy director of Prisa Vídeo, Paula Sánchez-Lafuente, the Goya-nominated sound designer, Daniel Pena, the eco manager of the recordings in Spain of international super productions such as Game of Thrones, Esmeralda Ruiz, the director of the Postproduction and Animation Area at the TAI School of Arts, Yara Nodar, or the content manager of Flipboard Spain, Eva Morell.

This large team teaches, coordinates and tutors an extensive catalog of current content, where users can find 50 different specialization courses of 1 ECTS, as well as 14 itineraries of 15 ECTS that cover broader topics allowing comprehensive training.. The training offer is grouped into 4 thematic blocks: production and media, image, sound and audiovisual business.

Each specialization course lasts 3 weeks, approximately 7 months in the case of training itineraries. The students enjoy a eminently practical methodology, learning through real cases and situations that currently occur in the audiovisual sector. As it is online training, people participating in the training can access the teaching resources whenever they want., with the permanent support of the teaching team to get the most out of the learning process.

Upon completion of any of the courses of the Haz Project, students receive a certificate issued by the RTVE Institute with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports and the Institute of Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA). This certificate, together with topics that are currently in high demand such as podcasting, aerial filming with drones, the creation of content for social networks or the use of Artificial Intelligence applied to communication, suppose an eye-catching badge on the resume of any audiovisual or multimedia professional, with the ability to open doors to new projects and employment opportunities.

Through the HAZ Project, RTVE demonstrates its commitment to employability, productivity and development of the audiovisual world and the people who make it up. This is a large-scale initiative in which, From 2023 to 2025, close to 8 million euros will be invested, entrusted to Mainjobs to achieve the proposed objectives and maximize the use of available resources.
