In April 2023, the Mainjobs orientation and intermediation team celebrated that the Andalusian Employment Service entrusted him with an important project to insert people belonging to disadvantaged groups in the province of Malaga into the labor market.
Due to the requirements of the commitments acquired with Europe, within the framework of the Next Generations Funds, the project objectives had to be achieved by mid-August, quite a challenge. Our commitment to the Andalusian Employment Service was to achieve job placement for at least 42 people by this time and, having worked intensely until the last possible day, we are proud to share that we have job placement and in some cases changing the lives of 55 long-term unemployed people, over 45 years of age or at risk of social exclusion.
All people who have joined the program have had the opportunity to complete an individual insertion itinerary through which they have received individualized attention from the orientation and intermediation team, training in digital and professional skills, as well as intermediation for your employment or support to start your entrepreneurial project.
To encourage the permanence of contracts achieved for a period of more than 3 months We have provided financial aid of €1,200 to the contracting companies and, in the same way, we have maintained this effort with all the people who have started an entrepreneurial project within the framework of the program, providing financial aid of €400 per month during the first 3 months of activity.
With the satisfaction of having managed to overcome the compromised insertions, our orientation and intermediation team continues to accompany, train and empower the users who have trusted Mainjobs with their employability.
