Mainjobs digitizes the business fabric of the center of Valencia with more than 300 success stories

Mainjobs has executed, through an award of the Valencia City Council, the 'Advice for the digital transformation of commercial activity in the Ciutat Vella district' program, in which they have participated more than 300 companies in the historic city center.

The project, which has offered a service of consulting and support in fully personalized digital transformation to each of the 300 participating companies, it has been executed in three phases: the first corresponds to a phase of company digital analysis where the areas in which the technological transformation of the company itself was going to lead to a business improvement were observed. The second consisted of develop an action plan personalized with a series of proposals to implement improvements.

Finally, in the third phase, a final evaluation and the impact generated by the solutions developed by the Mainjobs team of consultants was measured. In addition, the dates on which each of the proposals were going to be implemented were specified.

The companies that have participated in the program do not belong to a specific sector, but come from various areas. For example, we find decoration businesses, sustainable clothing for children and women, retail and wholesale marketing of traditional Valencian costumes, or, finally, a company dedicated to the sale and rental of bicycles.

Success stories in digital transformation

Amelia Delhom is a store selling furniture and home decoration objects and one of the most famous success stories, having implemented improvements to its website and social networks, as well as the creation of a QR code that takes the user to the section of Google opinions. Its participation in this digital transformation project has led this company to occupy an advantageous position over its competitors.

Other notable cases have been Artesanía Fidela or DoYouBike. The first of them has not only managed to implement improvements that make it easier for them to plan and manage social networks, but they have also incorporated tools for process management. In the case of the second company, dedicated to the sale and rental of bicycles, it already started with a good level of digital maturity, although they have included among the tools that use a technology that makes it easier for them to manage the inventory automatically and simultaneously in all their warehouses. After this, we can say that everything is going “smoothly”.
