We are happy to inform you that the Andalusian Employment Service has once again trusted Mainfor to launch a project that will facilitate labor intermediation for 4,000 people unemployed: on the one hand, young people between 18 and 29 years old and, on the other, long-term unemployed, two groups hard hit by the lack of employment.
On this occasion we will provide services associated with other organizations, creating a temporary union of companies under the name “UTE Andalusian Employment Corporation”.
He aim of this project is to provide comprehensive job placement services through guidance, training, intermediation, help in job search, attracting job offers, promotion of candidates, etc., all focused on achieving people's job placement. participants.
The duration of the project will be 24 months and is mainly aimed at two recipient profiles:
- Young unemployed people who are not long-term.
- Long-term unemployed
It is an exciting project in which Mainfor will once again focus to continue contributing to the improving employability of those people who are having it worst because of unemployment. Care for these people will be free and will consist of the following benefits:
- Diagnostic interview, an individual activity in which the competency profile of each person will be evaluated and a personalized insertion itinerary will be designed.
- Carrying out activities, individual or group, indicated in the personalized insertion itinerary, such as teaching the use of the SAE page and the telematic services it offers.
- participation agreement, where the actions to be developed to improve employability will be collected.
