CyL Digital It is an initiative of the Telecommunications DG of the Department of Development and Environment of the Government of Castilla y León. It is a multifaceted program that informs and sensitizes society about the advantages offered by new technologies and the information society. This institutional effort includes a network of telecenters throughout the autonomous community, different types of training actions, a group of collaborating entities, etc.
