People interested in participating in the Empléate project must meet one of the following requirements: people who are long-term unemployed, without a degree in Compulsory Secondary Education or recipients of the Basic Social Wage or the Minimum Living Income.
In collaboration with the Public Employment Service of the Principality of Asturias (SEPEPA) and Mainjobs, this project focuses on achieving three main objectives.
Firstly, it seeks to provide flexible, personalized and holistic work support to participants. This involves offering career guidance, job search advice and emotional support to ensure each person receives individualized care tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.
Secondly, effective labor intermediation is guaranteed between companies and people who actively participate in the job search. The project acts as a bridge to connect employers with suitable candidates, thus facilitating job placement and promoting job placement for participants.
Por último, “Empléate Asturias 2023” se compromete a capacitar a los participantes en programas de formación especializada que sean relevantes para el mercado laboral actual. Mediante la adquisición de habilidades y conocimientos específicos, se busca aumentar las posibilidades de inserción laboral y mejorar las perspectivas de empleo a largo plazo de los beneficiarios del proyecto.
Furthermore, the project aims to reduce the digital divide by providing the necessary knowledge for participants to acquire basic digital skills. This is achieved through specific workshops and training that allow people to improve their digital competence, which in turn increases their employability opportunities in an increasingly digitalized world.
