Innovation on business processes through social networks

Social networks are a great opportunity to improve sales, the post-service support and the search of providers.

However, a specific training is necessary to apply them. That is what we did at FECOMA in the framework of a project called “Internet Innovations in commercial processes through social networks”, File ASC2013MA0001, whose only objective was to create know-how on e-commerce.

The e-commerce has grown annually more than 20% for the last 5 years, and is getting stronger as a business. Each trimester 70 millions of transactions are carried out.
