Adaptation of Programa Guadalinfo to the European framework DIGCOMP

The network of digital centres which depends upon the Consorcio Fernando de los Ríos (participated by the Andalucía Government and its 8 regional councils) wanted to improve its already excellent services to citizens assuming and adapting a tool of self-diagnosis to DIGCOMP. This ambitious project was co-funding by FEDER funds.

Of course, we carried it out and successfully implemented it.

The digital competence is of the eight key competences for continuous training. The DIGCOMP framework is made up of 21 competences divided into 5 areas. There are 3 different levels for each competence.

  • Design and programming of a self-diagnosis tool on digital competences under the European framework of digital competences (DIGCOMP).
  • Elaboration of a digital training catalogue
  • Development of 79 units of multiformat training content (online and offline)
  • Organisation and development of 9 workshops for local agent on the implementation and edition of videos.
  • Design and programming of apps.
  • Installation and customisation of a LMS Moodle.
