Short Job Description

The Deputy Director of EdTech Business Development and Affiliated Companies is responsible for leading/managing the training and educational technology development projects assigned to this department, ensuring maximum profitability under the established quality standards.

Features

Leadership

  • Select, lead and consolidate a technical/academic/commercial team adapted to the workload, guaranteeing a good working environment.

Development of Strategies and Objectives:

  • Provide support to the commercial admissions area to achieve the established objectives, guaranteeing the established productivity and ensuring compliance.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities.
  • Establish commercial networks and strategic alliances with prescribers and external entities, affiliated centers and groups to ensure compliance with the assigned commercial, economic and academic objectives.

Development of Policies, Budgets and Procedures:

  • Economic and budgetary management of assigned projects, controlling expenditure, maximizing income and ensuring payments.
  • Achieve compliance with the quantitative and qualitative economic objectives of the different training projects it manages.

Analysis and Continuous Improvement:

  • Promote policies that improve the digital reputation of the projects you manage, such as customer reviews on major websites.
  • Design and implement marketing and communication strategies to achieve established business objectives.

Participation in Educational Events and Fairs:

  • Represent the company at educational/technological events, trade shows and conferences to network, as well as presence at digital events to ensure set goals.

Soft skills

  • Autonomy/ability to lead/select the technical/academic team necessary to manage the assigned training/employment projects.
  • Autonomy/ability to deal directly with clients and suppliers, being able to carry out both commercial activity and negotiations.
  • Autonomy/capacity for the economic and budgetary management of the projects managed.
  • Autonomy/ability to achieve the qualitative and quantitative objectives of the projects managed.
  • Autonomy/ability to lead projects, interact with participating Managers and manage technical teams during the execution phase.
  • Ability to control the execution of projects, both economic and technical aspects, ensuring the quality of the work carried out and alignment with the client's needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Sales-oriented attitude. Professional mastery of CRM and digital communication channels/RRSS.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in attracting and recruiting academic technical profiles.
  • Autonomy/ability to lead/select the technical/academic team necessary to manage the assigned training/employment projects.
  • At least 3 years leading and managing teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Highly results-oriented and customer-oriented. Focus on achieving established objectives and goals.
  • Familiarity with the training sector and understanding of the educational needs of potential clients
  • Availability to work in person in Madrid and/or Malaga
  • Minimum English level B2

We offer

  • Salary range between €30,000 and €42,000 gross.
  • Variable remuneration: Bquarterly onus that will depend on the BDI of the managed projects and the qualitative objectives achieved.
