The mission of the position is to co-direct the company's operations in the different assigned projects, implementing the operational actions necessary to ensure the achievement of the objectives of the training projects in digital skills and the area of creation of digital content for online training.

Features

• Coordinate operations and optimize processes of the assigned projects

• Making strategic decisions that allow the results to be evaluated.

• Making decisions and providing solutions in the face of possible setbacks in the assigned project(s).

• Implement policies that improve operational performance daily tasks of the assigned project(s).

• Perform budget management of the assigned project(s).

• Team selection, if necessary, as well as developing and managing the operations team under his/her management.

• Generate alliances and close agreements with clients and suppliers.

• Track, review and optimize operational processes based on the analysis of metrics and KPIs.

Requirements

• University degree.

• Minimum 5 years experience in the direction and management of digital skills projects and/or creation of training content.

• Minimum 3 years experience in budget management and in the management of multidisciplinary teams.

• Fixed salary: €24,000 – €36,000/year, plus variables depending on results.
