Functions:
-Contact potential students or collective entities through different channels (telephone, email, social networks, etc.).
-Provide information on training options and resolve queries.
-Manage registrations and follow-up of participants.
-Collaborate with the team to achieve recruitment objectives.
Requirements
Requirements:
-Languages: Catalan C1 accreditation and Spanish (essential).
– ACTIC BÀSIC Accreditation from the Generalitat of Catalonia
– Experience: More than one year.
– Experience in office package.
-Academic qualification: Higher degree cycle.
– Availability: Immediate incorporation.
– Soft skills (teamwork, communication, negotiation, persuasion, autonomy, organization…)
We offer
Conditions:
-Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
-Working day: 38.5 hours.
-Permanent contract.
-Modality: hybrid.
