Mainjobs Group has been selected by the General Directorate of the Information Society of Melilla for the development of a ambitious and exciting digital training project for the citizens.
The characteristics of the Autonomous City of Melilla, both geographically and socially, with a high rate of immigration with low qualifications, cause a complex economic situation, with a high level of unemployment and inequalities that make it necessary specific action plans To respond to employability needs, technological and professional training, focused on strengthening the productive fabric from the city.
Mainjobs Group will put all of its resources at the service of the City of Melilla. experience in digital skills acquisition plans to implement a comprehensive and free training plan for citizens, which will be based on three types of training itineraries:
- Digital literacy plan for citizens with a low level of digital skills: Through a training itinerary composed of four courses that will cover the different areas of the DIGCOMP 2.1 framework, thus forming a unique and progressive itinerary that trains citizens in the 5 areas of digital competence.
- Training program for new digital professions: The digital transformation has revolutionized the labor market and every year new jobs emerge for which there are no qualified candidates. In this program we will offer young people who have just finished their higher education an opportunity to specialize in high-demand digital jobs.
- Training program for digital adaptation of the professional profile: Training program aimed at all those professionals who wish to acquire digital skills that help them transform professionally and respond to this new reality.
