– Comprehensive management of training projects in the public sector: design, execution, monitoring and evaluation.
– Coordination with public entities, trainers and suppliers.
– Supervision and management of the documentation required to justify training projects in the public sector.
– Registration management, attendance control and issuance of certificates.
– Preparation of reports, memos and monitoring of key project indicators.
– Support in the preparation and presentation of proposals for public tenders and subsidies.
– Management of project-related tools and platforms (including LMS and other specific platforms).
Requirements
– University degree in Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Relations or similar qualification.
– Minimum demonstrable experience of 2 years in training project management, preferably in the public sector.
– Advanced knowledge in administrative management for public entities and associated regulations.
– Medium-high level of Excel.
– Valuable experience in the management of specific platforms for public and training management (LMS, SIGE, among others).
– High organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to work in a team and focus on results.
