Short Job Description

Mainjobs, a consultancy specialising in technology, training and employment with fifteen years of international experience, is recruiting a Technical Coordinator with solid experience in the technical management of E-Learning content. The selected person will be responsible for resolving technical incidents, coordinating with suppliers and ensuring the correct integration and operation of content and systems. This position also requires knowledge of basic programming to optimise connectors and customise tools according to the needs of the digital educational environment.

Features

  • Management and resolution of technical incidents related to SCORM on LMS platforms.
  • Technical coordination with suppliers, ensuring the optimal integration and operation of external connectors and tools.
  • Monitoring and updating existing E-Learning content, respecting quality standards and applicable regulations.
  • Knowledge and application of the regulations and specialties of the SEPE, as well as the preparation of the necessary technical sheets.
  • Use and administration of tools such as Articulate Storyline and other E-Learning technologies.
  • Implementation of technical solutions through knowledge of basic programming for customization of connectors or LMS.
  • Proposal for improvements and innovative solutions to optimize the technical environment of educational content.

Requirements

Minimum academic qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Pedagogy, or related fields.
  • Specific training in digital content development, LMS platforms or E-Learning tools will be valued.

 

Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in technical management of E-Learning content and LMS platforms (preferably Moodle).
  • Advanced knowledge of SCORM and related standards.
  • Experience in coordinating connectors and resolving technical issues with external suppliers.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise, etc.).

Positively valuable:

  • Courses or certifications in SCORM, Articulate Storyline, or LMS platforms (preferably Moodle).
  • Knowledge in basic programming (HTML, JavaScript, or similar).
