Their main role is to achieve customer and student satisfaction and to achieve the quality objectives of each project. - Analysis of the technical documentation of the assigned projects.
- Student document management.
- Monitoring student performance.
- Student support and resolution of queries.
- Setting up the training platform.
- Communication with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- University degree (degree in pedagogy appreciated), digital profile and knowledge of computer tools.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a training technician.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and assertive manner. Dynamic profile, with communication skills.
- Ability to work to manage a large volume of students.
- Organizational skills and meticulousness.
- Perfectionist, focus on details and quality.
- Adaptation to change and learning capacity, we incorporate new technologies and processes continuously.
- Residence in Malaga.
We offer
- Permanent employment contract under the General Regime.
- Full-time (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.).
