At Grupo Mainjobs we're looking for a Labor Management Technician to join the Development and Digitalization Project of the Labor Management department.Features
· Full cycle management of personnel and payroll administration. Volume of more than 500 monthly payrolls.
· Management of employee recruitment: notification of hiring and firing of employees, preparation of employment contracts and communication.
· Management of all procedures related to TGSS, AEAT, SEPE, SILRA and other organizations.
· Support in calculating severance pay for termination of contract, objective or disciplinary dismissals.
· Support in the preparation and presentation of taxes derived from labor management.
· Occupational risk prevention management together with the External Prevention Service.
· Support colleagues or departments in daily tasks.
Requirements
· Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources.
· 2 years of experience in similar positions.
· Having previously worked with shared systems such as Drive/Sharepoint.
· Professional use of Excel.
