Higher university degrees have a limited capacity to adapt to the needs of a constantly changing labor market. University students, therefore, do not leave with the appropriate skills to function successfully in jobs with a clear technological and innovative focus, where it is necessary to know what the new industrial processes are and how they work, what the new forms of digital sales or what solutions artificial intelligence provides to any sector.
New professionals in the Digital Economy: a training and job placement project
The Government of Andalusia, aware of this reality that affects the business fabric of the region, through the Andalusian Digital Agency (ADA), has launched the third edition of the Program for the Development of New Professionals in the Digital Economy.
Through Andalucía Vuela, an initiative of the Government of Andalusia to improve the quality of life of Andalusian society by training citizens in digital skills and bringing public services closer to an increasingly digital Administration, it has been created the project 'New professionals of the Digital Economy', an initiative to offer specialized online, free and practical training in the technological areas most in demand by Andalusian companies.
The available courses are intended to insert the new digital talent from Andalusia into Andalusian companies that develop activities related to the themes of each training program. If the user wants to opt for this service, he or she may request it when the place is granted, then the profile of the participant will be disseminated among the companies collaborating with the program so that they can evaluate it and make a contract. full or part-time for at least three months.
Training in digital skills with the Mainjobs quality seal
The project, whose training itinerary has been carried out by the consulting firm Mainjobs, will begin in March and end in June 2023. People who want to apply for registration must be registered in Andalusia and be a final year student or have graduated in the last three years in university degrees or higher degree training cycles in engineering, STEM and social areas (Economy, marketing, Communication, etc.). The training programs, each lasting 125 hours and in which there are 35 places available, are as follows:

Anyone who passes the course they sign up for will obtain a final certification that will guarantee that the student has a broad level of knowledge in the subject, demonstrated by passing the assignments and tests requested during the teaching period.
