New program aimed at employing more than 200 people belonging to vulnerable groups
Mainjobs is awarded a new project Andalusian Employment Service: improve the employability of 200 people from vulnerable groups through personalized itineraries, guaranteeing the continued employment of at least 80 of them.
After successfully completing the insertion itineraries program for vulnerable groups in 2023, the Mainjobs job guidance and intermediation team takes on this new project with the hope of continuing to help users match with companies.
As a novelty, Mainjobs will allocate €105,600 to pay incentives for the participation of the 200 people who pass the admission process and complete the itinerary.
“We have everything ready to start working once the SAE authorizes us to do so. The companies that collaborate with us by hiring our talent have celebrated this new award and we already have more than 50 applications for admission to the program just through word of mouth from previous programs.”says Laura Portillo, head of the program.
Why isn't this employment program just another one?
In addition to the usual orientation, support and sector training services of the itinerary projects, participants in this program will be able to obtain:
- Management Skills Certificate issued by Harvard Business Publishing.
- Official TOEIC English qualification at level B1 or higher to prove you can function in English-speaking work environments.
- Microsoft certifications to accredit the knowledge acquired during the office automation program.
- Diagnosis of digital skills in accordance with the Digcomp digital skills framework, obtaining a report with recommendations to progress in the 5 areas.
- More than 1,000 hours of complementary training in different topics to improve your employability.
