We detail 3 success stories of the Accompaniment and digital transformation project executed by Mainjobs for the València Activa Foundation
Today we celebrate in Valencia the closing of the Accompaniment and digital transformation project of 10 MicroSMEs of the Valencia Activa Foundation. An initiative that has allowed us to work side by side with 10 companies in the Valencian Community, which we have turned into renewed, digitalized organizations, prepared to face the challenges of their present and future.
This is the second phase of the pilot project led by València Activa which, together with the CEV (Business Confederation of the Valencian Community), has been carried out with Mainjobs as the winning company. Thanks to this initiative, 10 businesses have been able to take advantage of their opportunities and overcome their threats.
Examples of this are Marieta, La Tahona de Celia and Link Formación, three success stories that have transformed their businesses thanks to the advice received by the team Mainjobs consultants.
Marieta, passionate about fashion, and now also about her CRM
Marieta is a multi-brand clothing store run by Macarena and María, two women committed to their business and its digitalization process.
Following the advice of our consultants, they have implemented a new CRM that allows them improve common processes such as discount management, segmenting your clientele or communicating with her via WhatsApp.
In addition, SEO has been worked on and diversified its customer acquisition channels, becoming present in marketplaces and social networks such as Pinterest. They have also begun to publish Reels and stories on Instagram, as well as TikTok videos, showing the more human side of Macarena and María. With this, they have tripled the influx of their social networks in a few weeks.
La Tahona de Celia, the most digital tapas in Valencia
Celia is dedicated to the hospitality industry and thanks to this project she has improved the virtual presence of your business, but also aspects at a logistical level and in the presentation of the establishment itself: improvement of the menu, introduction of the menu in digital format, etc.
Some of the digitalization improvements implemented at Tahona de Celia are: the use of dynamic QR for its digital menu, an alternative where making changes is easier than in the traditional QR; reservations through WhatsApp Business and sharing content in stories in this application and, finally, training in photography and video at a corporate level to improve content on social networks.
Furthermore, Tahona has launched to use different digital recruitment platforms, given that personnel management was being one of its weak points, especially in periods of greatest demand.
Link Training, the key is in the content
In this success story, a communication plan has been developed based on the rule of 12 divisions, which consists of generate highly produced content weekly and divide it into small communicative pills that can be used in different social networks, mailing campaigns, etc.
Beatriz, marketing manager at Link Formación, has received individual training to generate content on YouTube and also to analyze interesting keywords for position your business in search engines. Thus, once the first YouTube pieces were recorded and assembled, different clips were used to publish on other platforms, improving the company's communication strategy with fragments of between 15 and 30 seconds for TikTok, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn.
In this last social network, it has also begun to work on the personal brand of the different employees of the company, which has favored the interaction between them and the dissemination of their content on the network. To complement LinkedIn, they have also been trained to get the most out of Twitter, a social network that works very well in B2B.
Finally, a new landing page created with Linktree has been created, which will allow the redirection on social networks of the new target audience reached with the audiovisual pieces.
