Mainjobs and Andalucía Emprende have reached an agreement for the collaboration of the consultant actively in the organization of the youth entrepreneurship program 'Hackathon Emprende'.
Mainjobs' work in this project is to develop and prepare teaching materials that adapt to the needs of the program to promote the learning of each of the participants. Each edition is a unique opportunity to learn about the concerns and skills of young people, and provide them with a disruptive and informal learning environment that encourages entrepreneurial action.
The program 'Hackathon Emprende' was born with the premise of improving the young entrepreneurial ecosystem and promoting business skills such as innovation, creativity or leadership that will have a clear use in the near future. His main objective is to enhance the creative and entrepreneurial talent of young Andalusians who attend Vocational Training and Baccalaureate in some centers of the autonomous community.
In this sense, Students must solve problems in a minimum period of time and in real contexts to simulate future situations and train their skills in the face of adversity.. Situation management, organizational skills and teamwork become fundamental skills to develop during this program to achieve the objectives.
The project is divided into five phases, the first being an introduction phase in which The students establish a challenge for which they must find an impact solution to help them accomplish it. The second and third phases deal with create a work team in which everyone contributes their grain of sand and turn the idea from the beginning into a value proposition to work on.
The fourth phase is based on an experimental stage, where young people analyze and try to demonstrate their hypotheses to adapt them as much as possible to real situations and contexts. Finally, in the Fifth phase, all the contents and everything worked on throughout each edition are exposed, prevailing aspects such as knowing how to speak in public and communicating the message in a way that is interesting.
In 2021 in Spain, according to the Gem Report 20-21, he 21.7% of the entrepreneurs nationwide have been young people between 18 and 24 years old. This data reflects the enthusiasm, energy and great handling of new technologies among young people, something fundamental in the digital age in which we find ourselves, and explains the reasons for creating initiatives like Hackathon Get started, which aim to provide them with resources to acquire the necessary knowledge and experience in this sector with the aim of enhancing their entrepreneurial spirit.
The consultancy has already collaborated in the organization of half a dozen Hackathons, designing and developing the pedagogical materials and implementing the training dynamics that characterize Mainjobs, held in February 2023 the first of this year, where we are present again with the aim of promoting young talent and betting on a better future.
