Mainjobs and the Ministry of Defense have signed an agreement with the objective of improve the digital skills of Navy corps members throughout 2023.
The Spanish Navy, an administration that employs more than 20,000 people across all its divisions, is implementing improvements in digital matters to provide its team with the skills and competencies necessary to overcome the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities that new technologies present to its sector. , where innovation is key.
The agreement consists of the execution by Mainjobs of a custom-designed program aimed at improving digital skills (spreadsheets, documents and presentations, among other aspects) of Navy personnel. The responsibilities assumed by the consultant include online teaching, monitoring of student progress, adaptation and updating of support materials, etc.
The motivation behind this initiative arises from the desire to improve the skills of the members of the Navy in digital skills. In fact, they must be trained to anticipate, plan and perfectly execute operations in any context. The current operating environment also requires them master and lead digital tools.
