In order to achieve the greatest efficiency and transparency in administrative contracting processes, public sector entities must publicly announce all their tenders. Depending on the budget assigned to each contract and the type of procedure established, these must be published in one or another Official bulletin (European Union, State, Autonomous or Provincial) although in Spain they must also be published on the websites of the contracting bodies, under the section “contractor profile”.

Participation in Tenders / public tenders generally involve the preparation of two groups of documents:

• Administrative Documentation (deeds, CIF; etc…)
• Technical documentation (according to each specification)
