From Grupo Mainjobs we collaborate again with the Foundation Action Against Hunger for an Employment School, similar to the one developed in Vélez-Málaga, framed in the Vives Proyecto strategy.
This time it will be Algeciras the municipality where we will develop this Employment School, aimed at facilitating the socio-labor insertion of unemployed people who are in a vulnerable situation, through the acquisition and/or improvement of professional skills and the learning of technical knowledge basics required by companies in digital administrative management.
The Employment School will train 50 persons unemployed people in vulnerable situations, who will improve their social skills and competencies for employment and entrepreneurship through group sessions, personalized sessions and technical training in the professional profile of administrative management, with special emphasis on its digital extension, networking and positioning in the direct context, mentoring actions in leading companies in the sector and job intermediation processes.
With this new project, Mainfor reinforces its commitment to the employability of disadvantaged groups through digital training, which is a key element for the professional development of this modality.
