To make use of the exercise of these rights, the user must contact through written communication, to the next address: cogiti@cogiti.es, said communication must reflect the following information: name and surname that must prove your identity with a copy of your DNI or passport, indicating the requested right, alleged reasons and corresponding supporting documents, in this case the response will be by email, unless your request indicates another means of communication, or also by written communication, to the following postal address: Avda. Pablo Iglesias 2, 2º 28003 Madrid, Spain, said communication must reflect the following information: name and surname, which must prove your identity with a copy of your DNI or passport, indicating the requested right, alleged reasons and corresponding supporting documents.

The Data Protection Officer is responsible for protecting COGITI's fundamental right to personal data protection and is responsible for compliance with data protection regulations.

Likewise, any interested party will have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The exercise of these rights is free.
