Course content

You will learn how to use cloud-based office tools for collaborative work, applying them in sectors such as transport, logistics and mobility. In addition, you will be introduced to the use of artificial intelligence tools to improve productivity and apply them easily in daily tasks.


OFFICE AUTOMATION IN THE CLOUD

Unit 1: Introduction to Google Workspace and cloud office automation.
-Introduction to Google Workspace, advantages for remote and mobile work.
-Creation and management of Google accounts.
-Use of collaborative environments for transport and logistics companies.
-Implementation of cloud office automation in transport and logistics companies.
-Practical examples of implementation, use and benefits obtained.
Unit 2: Google Docs – Word processor for transport and logistics.
-Creating and editing documents in Google Docs.
-Use of templates, plugins and basic formatting.
-Permission settings, real-time sharing, and document protection and security considerations.
-Application examples: Documentation and operating procedures (creation and real-time updating of standard operating procedure manuals for warehouses or fleet management, documentation relating to security policies, regulations, etc.).

Provide users with skills in the effective use of cloud office tools and the application of artificial intelligence to streamline and optimize management and operations in transport and logistics companies.

The training is available in several sessions and is taught in different locations. Please do not hesitate to contact us!

The course has a total of 50 hours of face-to-face classes, with the remaining 150 hours being completed with the student's personal work.

– Minimum attendance of 75% of the teaching hours.

– Demonstrate that the learning objectives have been achieved by successfully completing practical cases in the classroom, which will be assessed and evaluated by the teacher through direct observation.

– Pass a multiple choice test at the end of each module.

No, this training is subsidised through the “Digital Skills Voucher for Transport” programme, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU. Mainjobs will process your application and you will know if you are granted the grant covering the full cost (valued at €1,000, 100% subsidised for the course before starting the training). 

Since it is a grant, it will be considered a capital gain, and is therefore subject to, but not exempt from, Personal Income Tax (IRPF). 
Depending on your personal circumstances, you may be required to file an income tax return. However, in general, those people who are required to file an income tax return are those who:
