Conciliation makes us happier and happy people work better.
Leo, Daniel, Julia, Alejandro, Candela… (we suspect there is more to come and we love it) are literally the sons and daughters of the Mainjobs Group. Little people who have and will have a better childhood thanks to conciliation in schedules and intelligent articulation of HR that we have carried out since the beginning of time. We don't like to brag, but among management positions there are more women than men and the Equality is a creed in our family.
Thanks to the leadership shared with all the staff that determines our decisions, based on intelligent processes framed in a comprehensive system of continuous improvement, and a mutually beneficial relationship with suppliers, the week it is time to renew the certifications (ISO 9,001,14001, etc.) we sleep the same hours as other days, not like it happens in other companies.
This gives us time to read a story before bed.
It is easy to see that this is beneficial both for current society and for the society of which Leo, Daniel, Julia, Alejandro and Candela (and those to come) are going to be a part. We are together creating a better world.
And our clients are proud of our work and of also contributing their grain of sand to the creation of a better, more equitable, fairer and happier society and future.
