Social responsibility management systems

A Social Responsibility Management System try to define, develop and implement the processes that allow you to promote dialogue with interest groups, the management of their risks and the relevant aspects in the dimensions social, economic and environmental, at the same time that they advance in their ethical management, transparency and communication. It is easily integrated with other management systems.

The implementation and certification of a Social Responsibility Management System is voluntary, however it is valued by large clients and administrations because they offer a guarantee that the company-stakeholder relationship is in terms of sustainability.

Who is it intended for? It is ideal for those organizations that already have management systems in place such as Iso 9001, the ISO 14001, or OSHA 18000.

What currently exists? Two CSR standards certifiable in Spain:

SGE21 Standard, promoted by FORETICS.
Rule IQNET SR10, promoted by AENOR.

Development: The development of the system has allowed the company to work in the field of interest groups, beyond the traditional ones (customers, staff, or suppliers), and on the management of non-intangible risks, such as ethics, the ability to attract talent, or to access new markets.
