Job Objective:

  • SAGE200 optimization and development, automation, parameterization, reporting database, and business adaptation.
  • Ensure compliance of all labor area processes with current legislation.
  • Homogenization of the group's working conditions through the current analysis of all legal and labor issues.
  • Design and implementation of the group's Remuneration Policy.
  • Conceptualization and creation of the analytical basis between the HR and Corporate departments.
  • Contribution to the professional development of the Junior Payroll team.
  • Achieving Labor Department objectives so that, in conjunction with the Talent Department, the various plans are implemented and developed: Training, Development, Selection, CSR, Onboarding, Equality, etc.
  • Conceptualization and creation of the analytical basis between the HR and Corporate departments.

Functions:

  • Lead all monthly and annual closings of the labor department (complete payroll management, forms 111 and 190, social security, and adaptation to FACTORIAL ERP).
  • Coordinate the attention of the labor department to internal teams in the monthly management of the payroll cycle, to achieve excellent service in terms of response times and incident resolution.
  • Lead the review and execution of all received documents of various kinds that impact the Labor Department. These include documents from the AEAT (Tax Agency), TGSS (General Tax Agency), inspections, sanctions, mutual insurance companies, complaints, CMAC (Central Labor Court), etc.
  • Complete control over business creation from scratch. Acceptance of deeds, network authorizations, contract, Siltra, SAGE200, and preparation for payroll.
  • Solid reporting skills to build a foundation from scratch for your workforce.
  • Lead the implementation of organizational changes and promote a culture of innovation and adaptability.
  • Lead the creation of the PRL area, automating workflows.
  • Development and implementation of a remuneration policy.
  • Direct report to HR Management and Corporate.
  • Lead procedures for organizational changes that affect compliance with the group's main policies.
  • Participation in the department's budget.

Requirements

Key skills, knowledge and experience:

  • High analytical skills to work on continuous error detection, resolution, and process improvement.
  • Planning and Organization, to adjust departmental management to the area's tight deadlines.
  • Team management, to supervise the payroll team, train them, and support them in their development.
  • Minimum demonstrable experience of 5 years in the hard payroll area.
  • Knowledge of labor law to manage (in collaboration with an external firm) processes such as dismissals, conciliations, contractual studies, etc.
  • Minimum demonstrable experience of two years in soft areas such as training, selection, development, CSR, and diversity.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar.
