The Haz Project relies on Mainjobs to train more than 40,000 professionals in the audiovisual sector

Mainjobs, a leading company in technological and educational innovation, has been selected by RTVE to carry out the tutoring and teaching of the Haz Project, an ambitious initiative that seeks to retrain and prepare professionals in the Spanish audiovisual sector for the challenges of the digital age.

This strategic project, managed by the RTVE Institute, aims to train more than 40,800 people throughout its development, marking a before and after in the training of this key sector.

The Haz Project responds to the growing demand for digital and technological skills in a constantly evolving sector

Through specialised training programmes, not only is the employability of participants improved, but more inclusive cultural communication is also promoted and the digital divide in Spain is reduced. Furthermore, this initiative is aligned with the objectives of the Plan España, Audiovisual Hub of Europe, supported by the Next Generation EU Funds, and strengthens the competitiveness of the industry at an international level.

The Haz Project includes a wide range of training courses based on practical and innovative methodologies. Among the highlighted areas, participants will acquire skills related to the use of advanced suites specific to the audiovisual sector and practical applications of artificial intelligence. This knowledge is aimed at training professionals to adapt to technological transformations and the new demands of the labor market.

The training programs, directed and supervised by experts, include specialized courses in key areas such as:

  • Production of shows and events
  • Getting started with creating content on social media
  • Audiovisual marketing: from the idea to the premiere
  • Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for the media

Each course, taught online, guarantees flexibility and accessibility for participants, encouraging self-paced learning without geographical barriers.

The training offered by the Haz Project is designed to strengthen the employability of professionals in the audiovisual sector, increasing their productivity and competitiveness. This, in turn, promotes the development of a strategic industry in the Spanish economy, considered a driver of cultural and technological innovation.

“The Haz Project represents a unique opportunity to transform the audiovisual landscape in Spain, and at Mainjobs we are proud to lead the training and tutoring of this initiative together with RTVE," highlights the Mainjobs team.
