At Grupo Mainjobs we are looking for a Career Guidance Technician at our headquarters in Seville to join a job placement project for young people.

Features

Collaboration in recruiting participants interested in the project.
Conduct in-person and/or online training sessions to develop transversal skills, leadership, teamwork, communication skills, among others.
Perform administrative tasks related to project management, such as preparing reports, creating emails, and using digital platforms with STO, among others.
Collaborate with other departments and teams, ensuring effective integration of the project into the overall context of the organization.
Identify the profiles and employment needs of project participants through interviews to design personalized job placement itineraries adapted to their needs and skills.
Design and develop career guidance programs to assist project participants in actively seeking employment by providing tools for developing resumes, preparing for job interviews, and identifying job opportunities.
Advise and support project participants in their search for employment, including job guidance, referral to job offers, job placement and monitoring of selection processes.
Offer advice and mentoring to entrepreneurs looking to start their own business.

Requirements

Minimum studies: Degree
Experience: At least two years. Participation in comprehensive programs for the integration of disadvantaged groups will be valued.
Required knowledge: Team coaching, career guidance, soft skills trainer, job prospecting, good handling of the office package and document management skills.
