At Mainjobs Group, we are looking for an Administration and Finance Technician for our economic-financial department. We are looking for professionals who, depending on the head of the financial department, will be responsible for the accounting of the different companies in the group, performing the following functions:Features
· Daily accounting and bank reconciliation
· Preparation and sending of payment and collection remittances.
· Document management and archiving.
· Preparation of economic and financial reports.
· Preparation and presentation of taxes, official and regional government books, and other procedures with public bodies (town halls, courts, etc.)
· Management of guarantees and surety bonds.
· Support in justifying subsidies.
· Support in the management of financial audits.
Requirements
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years experience in financial departments.
· Bachelor's or degree in Business Administration, Management and Finance, or similar. Postgraduate qualifications are an added value.
· Residence in Malaga capital or metropolitan area.
· Advanced level of office package, mainly Excel.
· SAGE knowledge.

· Ability to organize, work in a team, work independently, initiative, efficiency, productivity, results-orientation, order and quality.
