Both entities join forces to launch a practical program that will train SME management positions to lead and execute the digital transformation of their organizations
Mainjobs and Cajasur, from Kutxabank, have signed an agreement through which they launch a new digital transformation training program designed for management positions in SMEs. The people who participate in this project will design their own digitalization plan and will obtain the necessary tools to implement it in their company, all with the support and mentoring of professionals specializing in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Digital Marketing or new commerce tools. electronic.
The project, called Digital Leaders, combines online and in-person teaching, as well as a free 10-hour strategic consulting service in which the mentoring team visited the participating companies in person to analyze procedures and recommend those technologies that help boost their business. In-person classes will be taught in Córdoba, Seville and Malaga to groups of a maximum of 50 people, lasting 3 months. At the end of the course, participants will obtain a degree equivalent to 15 FTE, after presenting a digital transformation plan for each company.
The training sessions will start in the first quarter of 2024 at the three Cajasur headquarters where the course will be taught, Córdoba, Seville and Málaga.
